Refund & Return Policy

At KoreanStore.PK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only if the product is:

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
  • Still sealed and unused
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of use are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email, WhatsApp, or support form
  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), return shipping will be free.
  • If the return is for reasons outside our responsibility, the customer may be required to cover return shipping costs.

4. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it.

  • If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days
  • If the item does not meet eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you without a refund

5. Refund Options

Approved refunds can be issued as:

  • Original payment refund
  • Store credit / KoreanStore.PK balance (optional, at customer’s choice)

Refunds may take 3–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if:

  • The original product is defective or damaged
  • The exchange is for the same item/variant
    If the item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you must follow the return process after delivery.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened/used skincare products
  • Hygiene items
  • Gifted or promotional products without defects
